The day I had my first wood fired pizza in the North End as a kid I knew that no other way of cooking a pizza would be good enough. Fast forward some years and a few great restaurant adventures, contemplating my next move the light bulb went off... Why not open a restaurant geared towards cooking with a wood fired oven?
